It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we inform you of the unexpected death of our colleague and friend, Curt Schultheiss, on December 27, 2006. Curt was a subcontractor with Health Dimensions Group providing financial, reimbursement and strategic consulting services for a broad range of providers. Curt was scheduled to become a part of the Health Dimensions Group team as an employed consultant in February of this year. During the time that Curt worked for us he impressed everyone with his energy, quality of work and his collegial personality. He will be greatly missed as a friend and a colleague. Curt lived in Shaker Heights, Ohio and leaves behind his wife Donna and three sons, Matthew, Joshua and Andrew, along with many friends, colleagues and family members. We ask that you keep Curt’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
