Is PACE Right for Your Organization?
Jade Gong, Senior Advisor and Tom Stitt, Director, Financial Analysis and Reimbursement will be presenting "Understanding the PACE Program and Assessing Community Need" for the Health Research and Educational Trust (HRET), sponsored by the New Jersey Hospital Association on February 27, 2007.
New Jersey is now poised to begin offering PACE as a long term care option, and the timing couldn't be better. All long term care is being refocused to look at how people who are aging or disabled can be better served in community settings. This session will provide participants with an understanding of the PACE model of care and how to examine the feasibility of becoming a PACE provider. Attendees will also hear from an operational PACE program about the keys to success. The Department of Health and Senior Services will present the "how to" of becoming a PACE provider in New Jersey.
