Sergei Shvetzoff

CEO

As chief executive officer of Health Dimensions Group, Mr. Shvetzoff is responsible for the oversight management of all consulting engagements and provides overall direction and expertise in the advancement of health care strategies, including the development of integrated continuums of care. Mr. Shvetzoff is nationally recognized as one of the nation’s foremost experts in senior services and post-acute care. His expertise includes strategic planning and financial forecasting, management and oversight of turnaround and start-up ventures, and design and development of strategies and operation for integrated care options.


David Briscoe

Principal

Mr. Briscoe is responsible for the coordination of the firm’s business development efforts in the areas of acquisitions and management contracts, developing business strategy, and serving on the board of directors. Mr. Briscoe brings over three decades of health care operations and business development experience to Health Dimensions Group. Mr. Briscoe has particular expertise and skill in managing start-up and turnaround projects.


Craig Abbott

President

Mr. Abbott has more than 20 years of health care management and consulting experience. As president of Health Dimensions Group, Mr. Abbott leads growth initiatives, develops and manages strategic relationships such as those with industry associations and state agencies, and serves as liaison to HDG managed community clients. He has provided leadership for communities ranging from small, rural nursing facilities to large, metropolitan continuing care retirement communities, and has worked with nationally renowned nonprofit and for-profit organizations and freestanding communities. Mr. Abbott received the Volunteers of America Human Service Leadership Award for his development and implementation of subacute and transitional care initiatives. Mr. Abbott’s education includes an mMBA from University of St. Thomas Center for Medical Affairs in Healthcare Management and Quality Management.


Austin Blilie

Regional Director of Operations

As regional director of operations, Austin Blilie provides direction and executive leadership to Health Dimensions Group’s managed facilities. He has direct operational responsibility for several facilities in multiple states and provides support to facility administrators.


Brian Ellsworth

Director of Payment Transformation

Mr. Ellsworth has more than 30 years of experience in health care financing, delivery, and policy and leads efforts to develop value-based payment approaches for post-acute and home- and community-based providers, including the development of continuing care networks and analysis of bundled payment opportunities. He has been a policymaker in New York’s Medicaid program and a federal and state technical advisor in areas such as long-term care financing reform, episodic reimbursement, and development of process and outcome measures for home health. Mr. Ellsworth previously worked at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), where he led efforts to develop a mobile technology solution to improve quality and program integrity for home care and medical transportation providers; and at the American Hospital Association (AHA), where he analyzed the impact of payment and quality monitoring policies across the care continuum.


Vicki Grant

Regional Director of Operations

Vicki Grant brings more than 25 years of experience, both operationally and clinically, to our clients. In her role as regional director of operations (RDO), she leads and improves the qualitative, fiscal, and overall success of communities owned and managed by Health Dimensions Group in multiple states. Prior to her role as RDO, Ms. Grant served as a nurse consultant for Health Dimensions Group and was the administrator for Villa Pines Living Center, where she had overall responsibility for an 85-bed skilled nursing facility, including developing and managing the budget process, controlling facility costs, and monitoring all financial processes for the facility. She also developed and maintained effective relationships with state survey teams and exhibited a successful survey history.


Darrin Hull

VP of Senior Care Solutions

Mr. Hull has more than 20 years of post-acute operations management experience, with particular expertise in large-scale, multi-site nursing centers and skilled nursing facility operational turnaround, as well as clinical program development, regulatory compliance, and strategic health system partnering.


Leah Lindgren

VP of Marketing, Communications, & Strategic Planning

Leah Lindgren provides overall leadership and direction to the corporate marketing, communications and strategic planning division. She is accountable for leading the strategic planning process as well as the development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy. Ms. Lindgren’s areas of expertise include health care consulting, strategic and marketing plan development, brand development, system and process improvement, and change management.


Steve Nelson

VP of Finance

Steve Nelson brings almost 30 years of finance experience to his position as vice president of finance for Health Dimensions Group, where he is responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the corporation, including the financial services provided to all owned and managed facilities as well as corporate accounting and finance activities.


Cindy Olson

VP of Consulting Business Development

Ms. Olson has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing communications strategy. Previously, she served as senior director of customer experience at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, supporting overall leadership of marketing, sales, customer engagement and market analysis strategy, and business-to-business/business-to-consumer strategy. Ms. Olson’s expertise includes partnering with health care businesses to increase revenue through brand development and strategy, strategic market plan implementation, Salesforce CRM implementation and strategy, and full market analysis for senior living organizations.


Ann Robinson

VP of Quality Improvement

Ann Robinson has almost 30 years of experience in long-term care and has served in various quality improvement leadership roles. As vice president of quality improvement for Health Dimensions Group, Ms. Robinson is responsible for the development, implementation, integration, and management of all quality assurance and performance improvement and redesign activities.


Amber Rogotzke

VP of Human Resources

Amber Rogotzke has more than 10 years of leadership experience in all human resources disciplines, including policy/program development, recruitment, benefits and compensation administration, employee/labor relations, regulatory compliance, payroll, safety, and employee development and performance management. Ms. Rogotzke provides leadership in the ongoing development of the work processes, systems, and organizational culture, specifically related to the recruitment, retention, and development of a superior workforce. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.


Erin Shvetzoff Hennessey

EVP of Consulting Practice

Ms. Hennessey, a certified gerontologist, has considerable experience in the senior health care industry, assisting care providers with initiatives to improve their business performance, as well as serving as an administrator of skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior living facilities in several states. Ms. Hennessey is active in multiple trade organizations, working to provide them with education resources, industry information, and support for members in the area of senior services. She has spoken at both state and national meetings on a variety of topics, including senior health care, health care reform, and planning for aging populations.
