Regional Director of Operations
With over 10 years of long-term care experience, serving as both an executive director and regional director of operations, Heather provides regional oversight, leadership, management, and administration of skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities both owned and managed by HDG. Most recently, she was regional director of operations for eight assisted living campuses and six skilled nursing campuses. During this time, Heather led the community management staff and developed a business plan for all aspects of facility operations.
