Her presentation included information about the acute and post-acute continuum, and how to drive success in a post-reform world.
The day continued with refreshments and a break with the event sponsors, followed by a presentation by Neal Peyser, Senior Vice President of Consulting at HDG. The afternoon included a panel session about Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This discussion was led by Preston Gee, Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing at Trinity Health, Terry Carroll, Senior Vice President for Transformation and CIO of Fairview Health Services, and John DiCola, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Catholic Health Initiatives. Then the participants were provided an option to learn about one of several topics over a “lunch and learn” session, followed by an afternoon and evening of activities and dinner.
