Alex assists our clients with the recruitment and placement of both interim and permanent leaders for our senior living and care clients. Previously, he served as a licensed nursing home administrator for communities in the Twin Cities where he led operations to attain optimal care and well-being. His expertise includes recruiting qualified staff to carry out programs and services and building effective and caring relationships with staff, residents, providers, and agencies. In addition, he implemented a number of safety, management, and organizational improvements in the communities in which he provided care.
