Heather Haberhern
In her role as senior vice president of quality, Heather leads the community quality leadership team and provides strategic leadership and oversight for compliance, quality of life, clinical services, clinical reimbursement, plant operations, safety, culinary, and risk management for all managed communities. With in-depth knowledge of the communities’ day-to-day operations, she implements the Caring Above and Beyond quality and client experience pillar, oversees Health Dimensions Group’s Enrichment Beyond Expectations quality of life program, and educates staff on the principles of quality improvement. She also ensures adherence to state and federal regulations by maintaining current knowledge of regulatory, quality, and clinical trends. She completes reviews and offers recommendations on all incidents of risk and litigation for HDG’s managed communities.
