Her background includes serving as director of nursing, nursing home administrator, and director of operations, providing leadership for multiple skilled nursing facilities in several states. She provided operations oversight of facility performance and assisted administrators in developing action plans to achieve compliance, as well as business plans and budgets; and served as liaison for investors, boards, and regional support teams.
