In her role as regional director of operations, Megan provides regional oversight, leadership, management, and administration of skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities both owned and managed by HDG. Megan was selected as part of the Future Leaders Class of 2022 by Aging Media Network in the skilled nursing category. She is a licensed nursing home administrator in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
