VP, Culinary Excellence

Mika is responsible for ensuring excellence in culinary programming and nutrition strategy at all of HDG’s managed communities. He provides expert advice and guidance relating to standards and practices for food production, delivery, inventory management, and culinary services. Mika has served in culinary leadership roles within the aging services sector for a decade, overseeing kitchen and dining room operations at the community and divisional levels and managing culinary services staff in an 11-state region.
