Nicholas Fucile
Regional Director of Operations
In his role as regional director of operations, Nick provides regional oversight, leadership, management, and administration for skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities both owned and managed by HDG. He has over ten years of progressive, responsible health care management experience. Nick is experienced in designing, developing, and leading successful programs based on external audits and internal work review. Prior to HDG, he served as vice president of operations for over 450 units within nine assisted living communities in southwestern Wisconsin. During that time, Nick was responsible for achieving census growth, analzying business trends, and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.
