Sharon is a seasoned health care operator and business development executive with almost 20 years of experience leading and positioning post-acute and senior living organizations for financial and clinical success and sustainability. As the executive vice president of operations for HDG’s managed communities, she provides guidance to the regional directors and operations teams; interfaces with boards and owners; ensures regulatory compliance; promotes quality care and employee experience; and oversees community financial performance. Her previous experience includes Love Funding’s director of originations for financing of health care facilities and senior housing; COO at a multi-site nonprofit continuing care organization; and operations and business development positions with national skilled nursing and assisted living organizations.
