Frazee Care Center Volunteer Recognized for Community Service

Congratulations to Frazee Care Center volunteer Cecilia Ziegler, who was nominated for Becker County’s 2011 Outstanding Senior Citizen!  According to an announcement in the Frazee Forum, in addition to the time she cheerfully donates to the Center, Cecilia is also active in her church and at the community thrift store.  Frazee Care Center is a Health Dimensions Group managed long-term care facility.
