If you are like most people, you hate the whole cliché of making New Year’s resolutions, which often times don’t last more than three weeks into the New Year. Instead of making resolutions, I like to think of the New Year as a reset – a time of reflection on the past year, the progress I made, and what changes I can make to improve in the year ahead.
As you stop to reflect on 2017, and the uncertainty and change it held for the health care industry, what changes did your organization make? What worked well? What needs to change in 2018 to improve your organization?
