Seven members of Health Dimensions Group will be attending the National PACE Association’s Annual Conference this October 26-29^th in San Diego. HDG consultants will be presenting four different presentations:

An In-Depth Look at PACE Financing, Market and Financial Feasibility and Business Planning, will be presented by Jade Gong, Colin Higgins and Tom Stitt on Sunday, October 26^th from 1-2:30.

Provider Relations and Network Management, will be presented by Beth Carlson and Anne Lewis on Sunday, October 26^th from 1-2:30.

Building an All Payer Geriatric Care Coordination Program: The Experience of One PACE Program, will be presented by Jade Gong and Richard DiTommaso, MHA, Community LIFE, on Monday October 27^th from 10-11:30.

Creating a Framework for Excellence: A Look at Decreasing Variation and Increasing Uniformity In and Across PACE Practice, will be presented by Anne Lewis and Kelly Hopkins, BSBA, CHE Trinity Health on Tuesday, October 28^th from 3:30-5:00PM.
