Sarah has over 15 years of experience in management and human resources in the senior living setting. She specializes in executing recruitment strategies and leading interim and permanent placements specific to long-term care and senior living communities. Sarah has also provided human resources oversight to Health Dimensions Group’s managed communities and, prior to joining HDG, provided HR support to 13 senior living communities in Minnesota, as well as serving as associate executive director at a 121-bed assisted living and memory care community.
