Health Dimensions Group was founded in 2000 with the mission of making older adults’ lives better by providing quality care, service, and consulting to health systems and post-acute, long-term care, and assisted living providers across the nation. Today, our privately held, women-owned company oversees managed communities in eight states and provides skilled nursing, independent living, and assisted living consulting services for a range of clients in all 50 states.
