Chairman of the Board/Principal
Mr. Shvetzoff is nationally recognized as one of the nation’s foremost experts in senior services and post-acute care. His expertise includes strategic planning and financial forecasting, management and oversight of turnaround and start-up ventures, and design and development of strategies and operation for integrated care options.
Mr. Briscoe is responsible for the coordination of the firm’s business development efforts in the areas of acquisitions and management contracts, developing business strategy, and serving on the board of directors. Mr. Briscoe brings over three decades of health care operations and business development experience to Health Dimensions Group. Mr. Briscoe has particular expertise and skill in managing start-up and turnaround projects.
Erin Shvetzoff Hennessey, MA, NHA, CPG
Ms. Hennessey has expertise in the senior health care industry, advising providers in the areas of post-acute care management, operational and financial performance improvement, and organizational and ownership structure, as well as hands-on experience as an administrator of skilled nursing and senior living facilities in several states. She is active in senior services trade organizations to provide them with education resources, industry information, and support for members, and speaks at state and national meetings on senior health care, health care reform, and planning for aging populations. Ms. Hennessey is a certified gerontologist and served as a guest faculty member on post-acute care for Estes Park Institute, a provider of professional education for hospital executives, board members, and physician leaders. Ms. Hennessey was named a 2019 Senior Living Leader Under 40 by Argentum, a national senior living association.
Amber Rogotzke, MAHR, SPHR
Ms. Rogotzke has more than 15 years of leadership and strategic operational experience. As president of Health Dimensions Group (HDG), Ms. Rogotzke provides executive leadership of HDG’s operations to direct the organization’s goals, strategy, and business solutions. Previously, Ms. Rogotzke served as HDG’s EVP of Human Resources and is skilled at employee development, human resources best practices, policy and program development, recruitment and retention strategy, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, regulatory compliance, and safety, which allow her to develop high-performing leadership teams and engaged workforces.
Mr. Abbott has more than 20 years of health care management and consulting experience. He has provided leadership for communities ranging from small, rural nursing facilities to large, metropolitan continuing care retirement communities, and has worked with nationally renowned nonprofit and for-profit organizations and freestanding communities. Mr. Abbott has received industry recognition, including 50 for the Next 50 by LeadingAge Minnesota as an innovative and influential leader supporting older adult services; and the Volunteers of America Human Service Leadership Award for his development and implementation of subacute and transitional care initiatives. Mr. Abbott’s education includes an MBA from University of St. Thomas Center for Medical Affairs in Healthcare Management and Quality Management.
Mr. Hull has more than 25 years of post-acute operations management experience, with particular expertise in large-scale, multi-site nursing centers and skilled nursing facility operational turnaround, as well as clinical program development, regulatory compliance, and strategic health system partnering. His experience also includes acquisition and divestiture advisory services.
Leah Lindgren, MHA
EVP, Marketing & Communications
Ms. Lindgren has more than 20 years of experience in health care consulting, strategic planning, marketing, and operations. As a member of HDG’s executive leadership team, she provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the organization, as well as the consulting practice and corporate marketing divisions.
Ms. Thole is a seasoned health care operator and business development executive with almost 20 years of experience leading and positioning post-acute and senior living organizations for financial and clinical success and sustainability. As the senior vice president of operations for HDG’s managed communities, Ms. Thole provides guidance to the regional directors and operations teams; interfaces with boards and owners; ensures regulatory compliance; promotes quality care and employee experience; and oversees community financial performance. Her previous experience includes Love Funding’s director of originations for financing of health care facilities and senior housing; COO at a multi-site nonprofit continuing care organization; and operations and business development positions with national skilled nursing and assisted living organizations.
Ann Robinson, NHA
VP, Quality Improvement & Caring Experience
Ms. Robinson has almost 30 years of experience in long-term care and has served in various quality improvement leadership roles. Ms. Robinson’s expertise includes development, implementation, and management of quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings and reduced employee turnover. She oversees the HDG quality improvement system, Caring Above and Beyond and is responsible for leading HDG’s managed communities in improving customer experience; raising quality of care; developing a customer-focused, values-driven culture; and providing an excellent culinary experience for residents.
VP, Public Policy and Payment Transformation
Mr. Ellsworth has more than 30 years of experience in health care financing, delivery, and policy and leads efforts to develop value-based payment approaches for post-acute and home- and community-based providers, including the development of continuing care networks and analysis of bundled payment opportunities. Mr. Ellsworth previously worked at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), where he led efforts to develop a mobile technology solution to improve quality and program integrity for home care and medical transportation providers.
VP, Consulting Services
Ms. Olson has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing communications strategy. Ms. Olson’s expertise includes partnering with health care businesses to increase revenue through brand development and strategy, strategic market plan implementation, Salesforce CRM implementation and strategy, and full market analysis for senior living organizations. Previously she served as senior director of customer experience at the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, supporting overall leadership of marketing, sales, customer engagement and market analysis strategy, and business-to-business/business-to-customer engagement and market analysis strategy.
Ericka Heid, SPHR
VP, Human Resources
Ms. Heid has over 20 years of experience in human resources management and consultation. She provides leadership in ongoing development of work processes, systems, and organizational culture, specifically related to recruitment, retention, and development of a superior workforce. Her expertise includes organizational change and development, employee development and training, and employee and labor relations. Ms. Heid’s prior experience includes serving as executive director for a senior living community and senior human resources positions at a variety of organizations. She holds a degree in human resource management and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
VP, Consulting Services
Mr. Stitt has almost 30 years of experience in health care finance and reimbursement, which covers all segments of the health care continuum, including hospitals and health systems, post-acute care, long-term care, home- and community-based services, and PACE. He has become nationally known for his PACE expertise, with over 18 years of experience in the PACE industry as a consultant and a director of finance. In addition to consulting experience, his work experience includes national director of finance, PACE for Ascension Living; cost report auditor at Blue Cross Blue Shield; and director of reimbursement at a large health system.
Kathy Karr, RN, NHA
VP, Consulting Services
Ms. Karr has nearly four decades of health care experience. Her background includes director of nursing, nursing home administrator, and director of operations, providing leadership for multiple skilled nursing facilities in several states. She provided operations oversight of facility performance and assisted administrators in developing action plans to achieve compliance, as well as business plans and budgets; and served as liaison for investors, boards, and regional support teams.
Director, Analytics and Research
Mr. Higgins specializes in conducting market research, demand analysis, competitive assessment, and other data analysis for post-acute and long-term care providers across the continuum of care as part of their business plan development. He has over 18 years of consulting experience, during which he has undertaken dozens of market demand and feasibility studies for senior services providers across the nation.
Sarah Friede, MBA
Senior Director, Recruitment & Placement
Ms. Friede has over 10 years of experience in management and human resources in the senior living setting. She leads recruitment services to optimize and ensure well-qualified interim and permanent health care administration staff and leaders for skilled nursing and senior living communities. Ms. Friede has also provided human resources oversight to Health Dimensions Group’s managed communities and, prior to joining HDG, provided HR support to 13 senior living communities in Minnesota, as well as serving as associate executive director at a 121-bed assisted living and memory care community.
Regional Director of Operations
Ms. Grant brings more than 25 years of experience, both operationally and clinically, to her role as regional director of operations (RDO), in which she leads and improves the qualitative, fiscal, and overall success of care communities owned and managed by HDG in multiple states. Ms. Grant has also served as a nurse consultant in the areas of budgeting, quality of care issues, state surveys, environmental concerns, and market analysis. She has experience as executive director for skilled nursing facilities and residential care apartments with responsibility for budget development and management, staff management, compliance oversight, successful state surveys, and strategic planning.
